The Informal Meeting of the Ministers of Transport: arrivals and doorsteps

In the context of the Romanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the informal meeting of the Ministers of Transport takes place on 26-27 March 2019, at the Palace of Parliament, in Bucharest.

Chaired by Mr. Alexandru Răzvan CUC, Minister of Transport of Romania, the meeting will be attended by ministers and deputy ministers of Transport of the Member States, alongside Mrs. Violeta Bulc, EU commissioner for Transport, Grațiela Leocadia Gavrilescu, Vice-Prime Minister and Minister of Environment, Matthew Baldwin, European Coordinator for Road Safety, Carlo Secchi, TEN-T European Coordinator and others.

The event started on the 26th of March, with a Gala Dinner for the official delegations at the former Royal Palace in Bucharest.

Today, the ministers of Transport of the Member States gathers at the Palace of the Parliament to discuss EU topics of interest such as: Multimodality, the Future of Mobility in the EU and Enhancing the Connectivity and Cohesion through the TEN-T Network.
